Project Planning
Based on the specific needs and demands of the customer and channel, projects are planned according to the desired details, and a working system is established. Necessary investments are planned according to the solution requirements, and the tailor-made service is implemented.
Supply
Küresel takes over supplier connections and product management in customer or channel-specific projects, managing each project in a separate and secure system. It tracks and reports supplier performance and products on a project basis, prioritizing confidentiality.
Purchasing
Our experienced purchasing team manages the process with suppliers according to customer needs and market conditions, explores alternative supply channels, and determines working conditions. Contracts are made and signed in pairs or triplets based on customer demands. After product agreements, inventory checks are performed for each customer using a customized MRP system, preventing stock surpluses or shortages through warehouse and product multiplications. Supplier price changes and new product purchases do not occur without project center approval.
Storage
Products supplied on a project basis are stored in two different warehouses owned by Küresel. Operating in an area of approximately 20,000 square meters, Küresel's supply chain stores dry, cold, and frozen products in different spaces, tailored to customer structure and needs. Storage is carried out regionally/seasonally with temperature-controlled conditions, based on project requirements, and is revised according to developments.
Order and Demand Management
Order and shipment planning for the points within the project scope is customized according to the specified details, ensuring the alignment of minimum stock levels and supply timing. Orders are processed through the system defined for each project via Küresel’s web interface, Kürenet. According to the defined order and delivery schedule, shipment units complete the collection and handling operations, preparing the products for shipment. Our experienced sales team performs sales, order, and demand management at point-specific visits, especially in fuel station markets and chain stores.
Delivery
Our fleet, equipped with three different temperature zones, can transport product groups within the project scope across Turkey via FTL (direct), partial, and dedicated operations. Our organization, which can deliver to all of Turkey, benefits greatly from Netlog's logistics power and expertise. According to the defined performance criteria, our distribution vehicles deliver products to customers on time, in full, and undamaged. In this system, where potential chaos and uncertainties at delivery points are eliminated, necessary reports are generated, and customers are informed about the delivery processes.
Return Product Collection
According to the project scope and customer-supplier agreements, all processes related to potential returns at customer warehouses or sales points are carefully managed within the defined conditions. In this context, returns are collected, sorted, and counted; products deemed appropriate for return are processed for return, while products requiring disposal are securely destroyed according to relevant procedures. All operations are carried out with the aim of maximizing customer satisfaction and improving operational efficiency.
Accounting and Customer Relations
Our comprehensive supply chain operation, with a single supplier, single invoice, multiple products, and a single delivery, offers significant ease in accounting and financial tracking processes for customers we serve on a project basis. Financial processes are managed through regular account reconciliations and detailed reporting, while our customer service team meticulously analyzes issues, requests, and feedback from central locations and develops solutions. To increase operational efficiency, we continuously share this information with our customers, ensuring transparent communication.
